Following the paths of the ancient legends ( 7 day route trough Macedonia)
Day 1: Arrival in Skopje. Accommodation at hotel“Continental’ in Skopje. Visit of the “Old Bazaar”, St. Spas, Mustafa-Pashina Mosque. Demonstration of work in one filigran jewelry shop in the Bazaar, visit of a gift shop with typical Macedonian hand-made souvenirs. Visit of St. Pantelejmon Church, Nerezi. Lunch at the restaurant in Nerezi, Macedonian aditional specialties: pie, yogurt, white cheese… Visit of the monasteries around Skopje: Matka Monastery, and St. Bogorodica Church. Evening time going back to the hotel Continental. Diner in the restoran Lira, with traditional Macedonian music and food. Optional : Nigh life in the center of Skopje. Visiting a café and a discotheque.
Day 2: Leaving for Berovo. Visit of the Sv. Arhangel Mihail Monastery, and the beautiful nature surrounding it. Lunch at a national restaurant: Lamb meat and Berovo Cheese. Living for Shtip, visit of the archeological siteBergala and St. Gorgi Church. Diner in Shtip: the famous “Shtipski Pastrmajlii” along with traditional Macedonian folklore music. Accommodation in Hotel Oasa-Shtip.
Day 3: Leaving for Prilep. Visiting Treskavec, Zrze and Arhangel Mihail Monasteries. Walks in surrounding nature. Lunch at one of the monastery nigh quarters (Konaci). Optinional: enjoy this picturesque region and visit the village od Štavica, where the film "Dust" of the Macedonian director Milco Mancevski (opening the Venice Film Festival in 2001) was filmed.Leaving for Bitola. Accommodation and diner at the hotel “Epinal”, Bitola.
Day 4: Visit of St. Bogorodica Church, St. Dimitrija, the two mosques in the center of the city. Visit of Heraklea. Leaving for Prespa. Visit of the village Kurbinovo, St. Gorgi Church, Slivnicki Monastery. Leaving for Brajcino and a visit of the St. Petka Monastery. Leaving for Ohrid. Accommodation and diner at the Riviera Hotel.
Day 5: Ohrid. Visiting Ct. Naum. Lunch in Trpejca Village, the traditional specialties: Gomleze, Ohridska Pastrmka, Ohrid cake. A walk through the Samoil’s fortress. Visit of the St. Bogorodica Perivlepta Church, Plaoshnik, St. Pantelejmon, St. Jovan Bogoslov, Kaneo. Diner in “Ohrid House”. Accomodation at the Riviera Hotel.
Day 6: Ohrid. Breakfast in Peshtani, a typical fisherman village. A visit to the Antic Theater, St. Sofia cathedral Church, and St. Nikola Bolnicki and St. Bogorodica Bolnicka Churces. Visit of the “Robevci” House, being an archeological Museum currently, and the “Uranija” House, being an etnological Museum today. A walk through the center (carshija), visit of a local jewelry shop, observation of Ohrid pearl fabrication. Leaving for
Struga. Visit of the Monastery Complex. Sleep over and diner at Riviera Hotel.
Day 7: Leaving for the Mavrovo Region. Accommodation at Makpetrol Hotel. Visit of the known St. Jovan Bigorski Monastery, and visit of a local man made lake, having the opportunity to fish, and have the fish prepared for lunch (Ribnik).
Day 8: Leaving for Skopje earlier in the morning. Visit of the Kale Fortress, visit of the Contemporary Art Museum (collection of Macedonian Icons). A walk through the center of Skopje, visit of the site of Mother Theresa’s House, buying souvenirs. Departure.

Secrets of the Old Castles ( 5 Day route trough Eastern Macedonia)
Our idea is to introduce not an ordinary Macedonia with well known region Ohrid , Prespa, Struga, but to demonstrate something different and interesting for the visitors. At the first place we would like to show the hidden “secrets” and “treasures” of Macedonia, as the unspoken stories from that region.
1 Day. Skopje – Kumanovo- Kratovo. Welcome to the clients on the airport. Living for Kumanovo.(just about 20 km from airport). Visit the gallery of icons in the St. Nikola Church in Kumanovo. Leaving for Kriva Palanka and visiting the archeological site Kostoper’s Rock, The Monastery Nagorichane in the village of Staro Nagoricane. Sightseeing of the beautiful monastery complex at the Osogovos Mountains. Lunch in Ginovci, fish from fish pool, Macedonian pie and other specialties. Living to Kratovo. Accommodation and diner in hotel “Kratis”-Kratovo.

Spend twenty minutes in the church St. Nikola, and then head for the village of Staro Nagoricane, near Kumanovo, where you can see the church St. Gjorgji.On the left side of the road from Kumanovo leading to Kriva Palanka, 9 km away from the town Kumanovo, over the church St. Petka in the village of Staro Nagorichane, rises a basalt rock hill, which dominates in the area with its height and outlandish (peculiar) appearance. A multi-layer settlement having an extending existence over time and cultures has been discovered on the hill. This is the archeological site of Kostoperska Karpa – Zhegligovski Kamen. The numerous movable material that has been discovered gives proof of the life date from the Eneolithic, but also there are objects dating from the Iron Age II.
-One of the most significant monuments of culture in Macedonia is located near the town Kumanovo, in the village of Staro Nagorichane. It is the church dedicated to St. George,(14th century) which by its uniqueness and beauty, both in regard to its architecture and the frescoes, is considered as one of the pearls of Christian artifacts in this territory What makes this church exceptional is the preserved original altar partition, that is the iconostasis made of stone pillars, parapet plates and ornamented archigraph. This is a unique example of icons painted in fresco technique in our country. St. George and Mother of God Pelagonitisa have been painted in this technique on the left and right side of the Tsar’s (Lord’s) Gates.
In the proximity of the town of Kriva Palanka, on the north-east slopes of the mountains of Osogovo, nested in-between the thick and green forest, elevated at 825 meters above see level, the monastery of St.Joakim Osogovski (12th century ) counts its centuries.
2 Day. Kratovo –Berovo –Strumica. Leaving through the road for Berovo with visiting the Lesnovo Monastery, Vinicko Fortress. Visit and presentation in art workshop for artifacts. Lunch at Berovo Lake. Walk trough Berovo and visiting the Berovo Monastery. Living to Strumica. Diner in one of the beautiful and hospitality city restaurants with Macedonian old songs. Accommodation and breakfast in hotel Sirius -Strumica.

-The Monastery St. Arhangel Mihail established in 1818, women monastery is a plase where everything that is important for the Maleshevo region on cultural, historical and everyday affairs was taking place.
-Berovo Lake is situated at the Maleshevia, the ‘’Swiss’’ part of Macedonia, not only for the specific climate, but also for the healthy food, very rich forest vegetation and clear mountain water resources.
3 Day. Visit the Church of St. Leontius in the village of Vodocha, and Veljusa , The Smolarski waterfalls. Sightseeing of Strumica and it’s characteristics, as the old tree with radius of 50 metres. Presentation of the famous drink “strumicka mastika”.

Not far from the church in Vodoca, on a little hill above the Veljusa village in the vicinity of Strumica is an old church with an overnight shelter by the name of St.Mary Mother of God Eleusa. The picturesque nature, the panoramic view to the Strumica field, the village idyllic surrounding perfectly fulfil the beauty contained in its magnificent architecture, the painted frescoes, mosaic floors as well as the marble iconostasis that has been standing for a long time behind one made out of wood. Specially interesting are the frescoes of the saints Onufrius and Panfnutius from the 12th century, and near them is situated the famous Cross of Veljusa - the only of its kind in the world.
-The Smolarski waterfalls Located at the foot of Mt. Belasica, at the altitude of 650 m, this 35 high waterfall is one of the tallest in the Balkans .
4 Day. Strumica – Veles – Skopje Visiting the private cheese farm “Nakov” best known with its ecological products. Visit the archeological location ’’Vardarski Rid”. Living for Smrdliva voda where the miracle mineral water cures various illness. Lunch .Visit the museum of flora and fauna. Leaving for Veles, visiting the archeological location Stobi. Accommodation in hotel “Continental”. Dinner, free evening for wisiting the night life in Skopje (opinional disoteque or some of the nacional restorants with Macedonian dishes and traditional folk music.

Vardarski rid -In the late 5th Century BC, the county of Amphacsitida (today’s Valandovo and Gevelija region) used to be an independent principality where the ancient Macedonians were recognized as an individual nation. This area consisted of several towns, among which Idomenae, Gortinia(Vardarski Rid) and Atalanta. According to the architecture, the urban environment, culture and art, they were highly civilized towns.
-The town of Stobi was built in the Hellenic period, some time before the rule of the Macedonian king Philip the Fifth. It was situated 160 km from Thessalonica on the main road Via Egnatia that led from the Danube to the Aegean Sea. Because of its location, Stobi was an important army, strategic, economic and cultural center at the time.
5 Day. Skopje. Visit of St. Panteleimon Church, Nerezi. Vist the Centre of Skopje and leaving flowers at the monument of Mother Theresa in the place where this great humanist is born. Visit the old and the new part of the town, the Church of Holy Salvation with the marvelous wood – carved iconostas , Mustafa Pasha mosque. Walk through the Fortress Kale, the old Bazaar. Visiting icons art studio. Visiting and lunch in wine factory ’’Skovin’’. Free afternoon. Dining in restaurant “ Lira’’ with traditional Macedonian food. After that transfer to the airports.

Fortress Kale – The firs were built on the very same place, in the beginning of the 6th century. There is a marvelous view to the city.
Mustafa Pasha mosque, built in 1492 is one of the most beautiful objects of Ottoman architecture in Skopje.
